Welcome
Dear Participants,
It is an honor to warmly welcome you to the XXXth World Congress of
Echinococcosis, a gathering of researchers, professionals, and students passionate about understanding and controlling this neglected disease. Inspired by the One Health concept, this event aims to foster the exchange of knowledge and experiences to tackle the challenges posed by Echinococcus to animal, human, and environmental health.
This year, we will meet in Punta Arenas, a historic city in the fight against Echinococcus granulosus, where one of the world's most successful control programs was implemented. This legacy inspires our ongoing commitment to innovative and sustainable solutions for controlling this zoonosis.
We thank you for your participation and enthusiasm and invite you to enjoy an enriching program of keynote lectures, scientific sessions, and pre-congress courses designed to promote academic and professional excellence.
Warm regards and best wishes for a meaningful and inspiring event!
